3/09/06 Gribbin Properties :: Bethel, CT
A classic case of melding traditional and internet marketing to maximize the exposure while minimizing costs. Mike Gribbin became tired of paying the high price of newspaper ads to advertise his rental properties. So he approached us and we put together this site for Mike that showcases his properties better than any newspaper can. And they are now searchable and findable on the internet - where more and more people turn first. Mike expects the web site to pay for itself quickly via decreased newspaper ad expense and increased web visibility. Throw in easy online rental application submissions and the ability to keep the properties info up-to-date and this is a win-win all the way around. (Note: Sure, Mike will continue with some newspaper ads - but they can be smaller and less frequent and just point people to his new web site).
